Dean began his career as a joiner, working on large-scale construction projects across the North West. Over time, his technical knowledge, attention to detail and ability to manage complex builds saw him progress into senior project management roles, overseeing multi-million-pound developments.
In 2015, Dean established Prime Building Projects with a clear ambition: to bring the same level of professionalism, organisation and craftsmanship seen on major developments to private residential projects.
Prime was built around a simple philosophy — deliver high-quality building work, manage projects properly and work with trusted tradespeople who share the same standards.
Unlike many construction companies, Dean remains highly involved in the day-to-day running of projects. He limits the number of jobs the company takes on at any one time so he can be present on site regularly, overseeing progress and supporting the team where needed — often still getting involved in the joinery.
Today, Prime Building Projects continues to grow through reputation and recommendation, supported by a skilled team of trades and long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors across Cheshire and South Manchester.
As a family-run business, Prime’s approach remains the same as when Dean started the company — delivering carefully managed, high-quality building projects for homeowners who want things done properly.
